jimbobby
On my Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD, when I was attaching the SATA connector it was difficult to plug in. I guess I forced a little too hard and the connector made a snapping sound and now wiggles back and forth. I tried to hook the drive up, and unfortunately the drive was not recognized and is inoperable. Is there any chance I could get this thing repaired? I know its my fault and not covered by warranty, but I'd really hate to have a $200 red paper weight. Or should I just buy another one? I never got to even try this one out, doh! Thanks for your time.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 15, 2012 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 15, 2012 I am sorry but it is not something we can answer on the forum, I would suggest you create the RMA request and then contact our customer service and explain the situation to them by phone and see if they can help you.
