Buffer_Overflow
I returned a Flash Survivor 4GB 6 months ago. I was told it was counterfeit. After informing them I am certain it was not. (I removed the label to affix a property tag) I purchased from NewEgg.com. I have not heard back since I was told they would look into the issue further. Please help me. I ordered 10 of these at once to have on hand for our employees when they needed them. Thank you for your help. PS. I have emailed customer service and also replied to the ticket today. Synthohol
removing labels voids the warranty. also they go by the code stamped on the connector to see if its genuine. removing the label does make it unwarrantable though.

Wired
You'd have to ask Corsair's Customer Service department.
