Paroxysm
Hey guys, firstly, these are my system specs: Intel Sandy Bridge -E I7-3930K 3.2Ghz 12mb Cache Unlocked CPU LGA2011 Gigabyte X79-UD5 Quad Channel Motherboard LGA2011 GSkill Ripjaws Z 16GB DDR3 2133 Black Edition Ram (4 x 4GB) Corsair H80 H2O Watercooler Corsair F3 GT 120GB SATA3 SSD (555mb/s Read/ 515mb/s Write) 1TB SATA3 HDD Bluray Rom/ DVD/CD Writer Radeon HD 7970 3GB Graphic Card Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold Certified 1000W PSU Coolermaster 692 Advanced ATX Case This rig runs Windows 7 Now on to the important part. My rig frequently shuts down all connections to its USB ports. This means that my mouse and keyboard stop working, however the tower is still running (neon lights, fans going etc.). The monitor continues to show a picture, however the clock in the bottom right corner of the screen ceases to move. The only way i can fix this problem is by restarting my computer, nothing else.I am wondering if anyone could help me solve this problem, as i have tried to update the firmware for the SSD, and the program was unable to find anything despite being run in administrator mode. Thanks in advance, I will be frequenting these forums in the next few days as I try and fix my problem! Thank you Nick
