RMA Case [2575471]

I'm not worrying about this but wondering how long RMA's usually take with Corsair? I was issued an RMA 2575471 on Jan 17 and Corsair received my defective SSD on Jan 20th. It shows the received date on the RMA status page. Since then there have been no updates and it's now Jan, 31. I emailed rma@corsair.com asking about it yesterday but didn't get any response. Do I need to call CS or just wait?
