egk Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 I'm not worrying about this but wondering how long RMA's usually take with Corsair? I was issued an RMA 2575471 on Jan 17 and Corsair received my defective SSD on Jan 20th. It shows the received date on the RMA status page. Since then there have been no updates and it's now Jan, 31. I emailed rma@corsair.com asking about it yesterday but didn't get any response. Do I need to call CS or just wait? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
