Corsair: The Rebate Scam

How many people has Corsair told, “It was lost in the mail?” I sent my rebate with tracking and confirmed they received it. The customer rep said there was nothing they could do being I did not save copies of my UPC even though I have my invoice from Newegg. I offered to provide the tracking the customer support rep just stated, “..there is nothing I can do.” I think this bad business and horrible customer service especially from someone who has been a loyal corsair customer for years based on their customer service.

You were not speaking with our customer service, more than likely that was with the rebate company. I would suggest you contact our customer service and see if they can help you. The number is listed under Contact on the main site.
