dansingsbuzz Posted January 30, 2012 Share Posted January 30, 2012 Hello I just checked my ups tracking number and found out that my faulty psu has been delivered at 10 am today. I went to corsair's RMA Status page to see if any update has been made. When I entered my case# (its the same as my RMA#) and password, all I get is the page where I fill out my rma request. "Based on the information you have provided, the best thing to do is send us your parts for replacement. Submitting this form will generate an RMA Request to Corsair, and Customer Service will respond to your request within 24 business hours. Please provide the following information, then on the next screen a shipping label will be generated that you can use to return your parts."
