I received one of these headsets as a Christmas gift and have noticed in the past couple of days that the cable into the headset is faulty. If the wire is moved (such as a turn of the head) then the sound coming from the headset is distorted or becomes so quiet I can barely hear it. I have read of the same problem in some customer reviews of the product and was wondering if it were a known issue? If I'm going to RMA it and that is indeed the case, I would rather get a refund and go for a different headset. If anyone could add any input I would be grateful. Thank you.
