sonorguy
I had my 32GB flash survivor plugged into my Xbox 360 last night while watching a video on it and I went to remove it. I experienced a strong shock from static discharge, follow by the drive no longer being seen by the 360. I tried plugging it into my laptop and desktop, but to no avail. This was my go to thumbdrive that had lasted since April 2009. The warranty on the older USB 2.0 models was for ten years and I still have the original packaging. Is this covered under warranty?
