luizrdm
I know I'm old and do not speak English ... and this makes things difficult. However the information I have received here are also unclear. * I ask you please explain to me STEP BY STEP - do not respond * I wonder how they can understand me over the phone - do not respond * I've been dozens of times a page of the RMA and can not fulfill what they ask. * I can not find ANYTHING written Advanced RMA. I assembled this computer with SSD, Power Supply and Memory from Corsair and I did not think in the case of an RMA would be all that difficult ... I give up! Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted February 16, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 16, 2012 I am sorry I have tried to explain this to you but let me put it more clearly. Advanced RMA's can only be requested by phone!!! And why I suggested calling them by phone, however you explained that you do not speak English (understandable) So I then suggested you create the request and let me know the case number so I can explain the issue to our customer and ask them to make an exception in your case and we can try to do this through email. That is the only option short of calling in by phone.
