A.M.
I'm having 12v, 5v, and 3.3v voltages way off specs @ 14v, 6v and 2.9v respectively, and the computer is shutting off randomly, so I think I will need to RMA my power supply. However the 'warranty void if removed' sticker covering one of the screws is worn and scratched due to cables touching it and rubbing against it. Is it still possible to get any service or am I out of luck and the only thing I can do is buying a new power supply? The power supply I have is HX1000W. peanutz94
Is the seal on the sticker broken? or just worn and scratched? If it's broke, i dont believe it will be RMA-able . If it is still intact then it shouldn't be a problem.
Synthohol
where are you getting these readings from? you will need a multimeter to properly check voltage, dont rely on software.

A.M.
It was the BIOS reporting bad voltages, the multimeter shows the 12v and 5v lines are OK, haven't tested the 3.3v line yet. But the system is still occasionally shutting off randomly. I will have to test the system with a different power supply to see if it's the power supply that is causing the problems. But for now I just want to hear from a Corsair representative if the warranty is still valid with a sticker being worn?
A.M.
Never mind, the system is running fine. Just took everything apart and put it all together.
