stpolaris Posted December 30, 2011 Share Posted December 30, 2011 I started having trouble with my month old h100 liquid cooler. I"m unable to change the cooling profile and the led lights aren't working properly either. In addition to this, the fans are pulsing between normal and hyper turbo speed (sounds like a helicopter taking off). I sent in a request for customer support two days ago and have yet to hear back. This is actually the second H100 i've had trouble with. I bought one from a friend (NIB) and it didn't work properly. I ordered another from Newegg, the one I'm describing above. So for I'm 2 for 2 with this product and still in need of a functioning one. Both are lot# 11359403. I've tried a firmware reset, but it does nothing. Waiting impatiently to hear back from Corsair.
