I reached your service a few weeks ago after experiencing a problem with the VX550 power supply. I accepted another model to replace it (TX650W V2) but I'm really not satisfied by this product.The TX650W V2's much more noisy (always under load ?) than the previous one and it seems like the fan is faulty because it emits some kind of "electrical" sound which isn't normal and very annoying. So I'm contacting you again to either obtain a refund or another exchange (without any costs from me this time).

Sincerly, a disappointed customer..


I received an RMA number, but i want a refund or another exchange WITHOUT any costs from me ! 2 RMA in one month ...
