ComputerBuildin
I was wondering how these RMA's work. I bought this one from newegg, I plugged it in turned it on, it made a loud pop and sparks flew everywhere. So I was wondering how this works, Its fully modular, so I took all the cables off it and took it out. am I allowed to ONLY ship back the PSU? Because I really dont want to take out the cables, mostly because they are really in there, and id probably end up cutting something if I tried to cut the ties. So can I just ship back only the psu and get only a new psu back?
Synthohol
all they want is just the PSU, no cables. make sure none of the cables are shorted though.
