The system will generate a case number when you submit the case, if you do not have a case number conformation in your email or spam folder please use the link on the left re-submit the request and when you create the request please note the case number at the top of the form when you submit the case. And let me know the number I will make sure it get processed right away.

On case number 2493992 we have asked you for your address and phone number so that parts can be be sent to you.

 

On case 2494032 for your SSD that sounds like some other issue, please try parted Magic to secure erase the drive and when you go to run the secure erase, as noted in the F.A.Q. you will get a notice that the BIOS has locked the drive this is normal, if the suspend option is not working or not available, you will need to hot plug the drive by clicking Okay or Cancel and leave the system running at the parted magic Desktop and then unplug the power to the drive then the data for a bout a min then plug in the data and then the power and run Secure erase again. If you still have problem please try it with another MB.

thanks for your support so far.

rma case 2493992 has been revised by corsair support and they issued a new rma number:2482805.

they are asking me to return the the case back to corsair.

this of course not acceptable for me, since i have already installed a complicated system which i don`t want to do all over again.

 

in the meantime the rma has been approved.
