Bleevin
Hi, I got my HS1 headset about 2 months ago and running the lastest driver (v1.1). Lately while running Star Wars The Old Replubic and Ventrilo the sound and mic will cut out completely. Everything will be fine but after a period of time the sound will go. I then have to disable and re-enable the corsair headset device before the sound comes back on. When I do this the mic is too low to understand. If I load up the corsair positional software and move the mic volume the mic volume reverts back to being an acceptable volume for people to hear. Has anyone run into that problem and found a fix? Otherwise everything works well up until that point.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 20, 2011 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 20, 2011 Are you able to confirm this issues occurs on another computer?
Bleevin
No sorry I can't confirm the problem on another computer. Unfortunately there is no else close by with ventrilo and swtor. I however have discouvered if I set it to Bypass the sound doesn't cut out, but now I'm getting popping in the sound playback. Another problem I have is the headset sounds like there is a screw rolling around in the left ear.

Bleevin
I'm glad you were able to isolate the issue. How is the headset working now? After re-installing old drivers for my onboard sound card the headphones now work as intended, with the exception of some thing rolling around in the left ear cup.
