RMA Status for TSX Case #2464081 - Defective Parts Not Yet Received

Hello,

 

I've sent the disk at Monday last week, it's already over 5 days but RMA status is still Defective Parts Not Yet Received, so I guess what could be the problem ?

According to that information it has not been received at Corsair, but it is in customs in the host country if I understand it correctly. But I would suggest you contact our customer service directly they will have more up to date information. You can get their contact information under Contact on the main site.

In my language it stands that it arrived to the destination country at 14.12. so as by process it should have been delivered to Corsair next business day which is 15.12.

Today it's 19.12 and still no update or whatever :(

I would suggest calling them by phone, you can get the number under CONTACT on the main site and if you install Skype and call the Toll Free number it is a free call. I have however sent them an email, to check this and contact you with an update ASAP. Sorry but that is about all I can do from Tech Support.
