leinad149 Posted December 16, 2011 Share Posted December 16, 2011 Hi I was wondering If you can update me a little about my RMA case, the number is RMA Number 1264444, it says "Defective Parts Received on: 12/14/2011" its fine, I just wanted to ask how long it would take to ship the new PSU and, if it is possible to see the RETURN ADDRESS in order to check if it is the right one. And your RMA is in processing I would expect a replacement to ship today or Monday. You can contact our customer service directly if you want to know a more accurate ETA. If in the status window my reseller gave me it says : Thank you for choosing Corsair products! The following is the status of your RMA Number 1264444. RMA Issued On: 10/28/2011 Defective Parts Received on: 12/14/2011 * NOTE: it may take up to 24 hours for this date to be updated after arrival at CorsaiR Ram may you tell them customer support to update my case please.I dont need it solved right now,what I need is when are they shipping it to the address I chose, because my personal courier will be able to receive packages until 23th december...from that date they will be closed until 2nd january ..thank you so much Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
