Hi I was wondering If you can update me a little about my RMA case, the number is RMA Number 1264444, it says "Defective Parts Received on: 12/14/2011" its fine, I just wanted to ask how long it would take to ship the new PSU and, if it is possible to see the RETURN ADDRESS in order to check if it is the right one. Please log in to your case the address that is listed at the top of your case will be the address we ship to. And your RMA is in processing I would expect a replacement to ship today or Monday. You can contact our customer service directly if you want to know a more accurate ETA. The Number is listed under Contact on the main site.

Hey I've just called in into corsair customer support and the agent told me he needed a tracking number from the package???Why??? If in the status window my reseller gave me it says : Thank you for choosing Corsair products! The following is the status of your RMA Number 1264444.

RMA Issued On: 10/28/2011

Defective Parts Received on: 12/14/2011

* NOTE: it may take up to 24 hours for this date to be updated after arrival at CorsaiR

Ram may you tell them customer support to update my case please.I dont need it solved right now,what I need is when are they shipping it to the address I chose, because my personal courier will be able to receive packages until 23th december...from that date they will be closed until 2nd january ..thank you so much

Hi, I just wanted to know where my package was sent to??? My reseller wrote me the address but they missed my name and my personal courier account number, maybe in the system is the complete address my part was sent to, if you can help me with this I will appreciate it so much thank you.
