innes
Nothing but problems this drive, seen a few people with same issues so decided the best course of action was to remove and bin.
Yellowbeard
Unfortunately, the outdated Nvidia based boards are poor choices for modern SSDs. You will only see ideal performance from the SSD with a more current board/SATA controller.
Toasted
@innes -Check if your SSD is on 1.3.3. You can download the updater to check the firmware. -Try and update your controller drivers. The latest one is 15.58. -Try a different SATA Port. -Run a ATTO benchmark if possible.
