CBJClive Posted December 14, 2011 Share Posted December 14, 2011 Hi I will start by providing you with my RMA: 2429697 Here is my posting in the forums: I returned my defective memory under RMA TWIN2X4096-8500C5C G I omitted to say I have another pair in my pc the same. I have received an email saying TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX G are being sent as a replacement. What can I do? 1/ replace the pair still in my pc with ones the same specs as are being sent 2/ will they work together? I am guessing they will not work together due to different voltage at least. I am/not making excuses ;) but I was ill at the time this was being sorted & it totally did not enter my mind. Any advice would be appreciated.
