This is primarily for Ram-Guy, or anyone else if they know.

I'm not a newbie at building systems, but I'm far from knowledgeable when it comes to RAM settings and terminology.

I bought 2-2gig kits of the above memory a few months ago. Each kit was 2 sticks at 1g each.

I initially tested each stick individually and one of them ended up being bad.

I RMA'd both kits and received the replacements.

Per one of Ram-Guy's suggestions on another thread I've got a stable setup with 2 of the sticks running at DDR400, 2.5-3-3-8-2T. (Duel channel mode)

Adding one stick with the same settings causes the system to become unstable, but changing the settings to DDR333 and 3-3-3-8-2T seems to stabilize the system. (Single channel mode)

So my issue, in attempting to add the 4th stick I can't seem to find a setting where it doesn't cause my system to become unstable. Occasionally it won't even boot to bios, where my monitor itself doesn't even initialize. (Motherboard issue)

I'm thinking this has something to do with too much stress on my motherboard's memory controller.

If anyone has a solution, or any suggestions to narrow down the problem, I would very much appreciate it.
