Amazon is selling this memory, which I am running on my X79 Rampage 4 Extreme and it is running in quad channel as far as I can tell.

People in the comments are saying it's NOT quad channel, and Corsair lists it under the Dual channel page.

BUT

Corsair is also listing it under the Quad channel page.

So which is it? Is this both Dual and Quad channel capable?????

There is no such thing as QUAD or DUAL channel meomory. It is a functoon of the MB and how it handles the memory.

That kit can be used in both dual and quad set ups. Vengeance kits were designed for and tested with the Sandybridge platform. It's perfectly fine!

Great thanks, that's what I thought. I just wanted to be 100% sure!
