AndyPhillips82
So let me get this straight. I purchased an 80 dollar USB key. 2 months later, it fails. Now I have to pay postage to ship it in order to get a new one. Why am I responsible to pay for shipping on a defective product?
AndyPhillips82
Any response to this? Justification for me having to cover shipping costs when the product was clearly defective?

AndyPhillips82
Please use the link on the left and request an RMA and we can replace it. I did that. I got an email with a shipping label where I have to pay the postage. Which is my issue. So again, why do I have to pay shipping when the product is defective?
