I cancelled my order, but it's still listed as processing.

Hi there. I seem to be having a problem cancelling my order. I called customer service yesterday to cancel my order. They said that's fine and its been cancelled. I checked today though on the webstore site, and it's still listed as processing and I haven't gotten any email notifing me that my order has been cancelled. I found other ram that would work (Vengeance) to order from another site. My order number is #100007048

I am sorry but you will need to contact our customer service by phone, the number is listed under Contact on the main site.

I will send them a message but they may not understand what is going on so it would be best for you to contact them directly

I did call yesterday and talked to them over the phone about cancelling. They said they would go ahead and cancel my order. I called them about 2 p.m EST yesterday(Tuesday). It's now 4:00 p.m. Wednesday and it's still listed as processing. Should I call them a second time?? Thanks in advance

Did you receive your payment back? Because I actually did the same, canceled my order, but still waiting for full refund.

 

P.S. How long it will take to get my money back. Does anyone know?

I would suggest calling our customer service and I am sure they will take care of you.

 

Why should I call them every time when I want to do anything? I've already done it. Called them last week, but my order status still processing. And I haven't received my payment back yet. No money, no honey. That's getting me angry. :mad:

I am sorry and I do understand your frustration, but there is nothing I can do I do not have access to the accounting system, I am sure the order is in place and just as it shows being processed. But I will send them a message and see what I can do since you do not seem to be able to call them.

Thank You Ram Guy. It would be very nice if you do so. I'm able to call them, but that is a bit difficult for me because of time zones.

I've already bought 16gb corsair kit but at another place. So, I just wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. I don't want to wait for it forever.... :roll:

They should have contacted you by now and or check on the status for you, but let me know if you do not hear from in the next 5 hours and I will send them another message.

 

More than 5 hours has passed and no one contacted me. My order # 100006813 and it's still processing. They have got to be kidding me.

Well, I've just called to customer service, and the operator redirected me to a guy name Kevin which is responsible for 'canceling orders' I guess. )))

The problem is that Kevin is always somewhere else but not on the phone. So I left a message on a voice mail.

I don't know when he comes back to call him again. But the problem is that I live in Ukraine and time difference leave no chance to me. Now my local time is 9:00 pm and I don't want to call to customer service at midnight.

Finally. Talked to Kevin. He has canceled my order. Now the status is correct.
