scaredprofane Posted December 7, 2011 Share Posted December 7, 2011 I Previously sent a drive back fro rma under Case #: 2318459. Original drive was sent will all included accessories. A refurbished unit was returned that did not include ANY accessories and additionally, was DOA and intermittently dropped out. After testing the drive on several other computers, it is no longer even identified by systems. I submitted a tech support express ticket on 4/12/11 i havent had any return communication.
