Hibernation does put a little bit of wear and tear on the drive but according to my tests, http://www.corsair.com/blog/cat/tech/post/force-series-ssd-life-testing/ it is going to take A LOT to even begin to affect the speed or life of a drive, and by that time it will be time for a new drive.
