GaryE
Well when I first asked for my RMA, like many others I was given the USA address. I was then sent via email the correct address in NL in which to ship the Item. My RMA was approved on the 17th November and the item was sent to NL on the 26th Nov. Tonight however I got another email through from Corsair saying the same as all the others - here is the address you need to send stuff to etc. Should I be worried getting this email all over again so far after the RMA was originally granted? Also I cant seem to be able to check the status of my RMA. Everytime I try to use the link for RMA status it logs me in to the tech support area showing me my details and stuff, but I cant actually get to see the RMA status. Any chance some1 can check my RMA # and see if the part has been received and stuff OK?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 1, 2011 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 1, 2011 The RMA has not been received yet! Do you have tracking information from the shipping company you used that shows it was delivered to our Hub?
GaryE
Turns out the delivery company screwed up and sent the PSU on their lowest, crappest delivery method compared to what I had purchased. Basically means I cant track it and delivery can take up to 2 weeks...so it could be anywhere right now :/
GaryE
Woot! Just got an email saying that my PSU was being shipped to me today :) Email doesnt say if they managed to find the fault or what was wrong with the item, any chance anyone from Corsair can tell me this? :)
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 6, 2011 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 6, 2011 They will just replace it and testing reports are not done on a single case or RMA, so I am sorry but no there is no way to know what was wrong with what you sent in.
