hello

I own this pc: cpu i7 920, mb Gigabyte EX58-UD4P.

Is there a problem if i buy 3 separate CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 modules to use triple channeled in my pc since i can't find CMZ12GX3M3A1600C9 kit near where i live.

Thank you in advance.

Sadly the company that imports Corsair in my country doesn't seem to import 12gb kits at all. So i have 2 options:

1.try another brand or

2. buy 3 identical modules from the same lot (a option that i can't see why it shouldn't work ... maybe there are tehnnical explanations that i don't know)

There is an explanation. If you buy 3 single sticks, you have a huge chance of all three not working together or at rated speed. Even though the part number is the same , the modules can be made from up to 9 different chips. One small difference between those chips can throw the whole system off. All modules must be matched!
