TobiasVesco Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 I opened on 11/15/2011 a RMA Case #2399897 and you asked me to send my SSD to the States. It was shipped with UPS Express on my own costs (112 Euro) and UPS already delivered it on 11/23/2011 to Corsair, but my RMA status is still on "not received". On 11/24/2011 Corsair sent me a note that due to an error in their RMA system i should have sent my SSD to a company in the Netherlands. Okay, two questions: Where is my SSD? I have 10 days remaining until i have to activate another copy of Windows. Why does it take so long? Where is my SSD? Can please anybody help me? Thank you.
