chatmaster Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 About 2 weeks ago I completed the online RMA process for 2 sets of ram with case numbers 2399925 and 2399974. I was given RMA sheets to attach to the ram, packaged it all up sent it at my cost from Australia to Corsair USA, then more a week later on the 25th November I was sent an email from Corsair stating the RMA address for the ram was wrong, that I need to send the ram to Taiwan. Now I have emailed rma@corsair.com twice and no one has gotten back to me. I just want to find out what has happened to my RMA, and if I will get ram back. I have tried plenty of times to log into the tech support page @ corsair.com but it wont let me in. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
