RMA# #2406859 send to USA

I already mailed about this problem and it said i would get response back within 24 houres, that was last friday. The problem is i had to send my SSD to the States, so i did. So when I already send my SSD from the Netherlands to the States, i got a mail that i should send it to an adres in the Netherlands. It costed me more then 25 euro's to send it to the states so i would like to be contacted to get my money back, and to be sure everything will work out fine.

I am sorry but I would not be able to help you with this, please contact our customer service by phone and they will do their best to take care of you.

You can get the number under contact on the main web site and using SKYPE call the toll free number for free.

I will send them a message to contact you but that is about all I can do.

The statement is Business Hours and last Thursday and Friday were a Holiday because of Thanksgiving we were not open.
