mod_o_matic Posted November 28, 2011 Share Posted November 28, 2011 i5 2500k p8p67 Deluxe Win 7 64bit using supplied asus sata 6gb/s cable on plugged in on the gray connector (intel controller) AHCI - yes Mobo drivers - latest Intel rapid storage drivers - latest Win 7 - updated I am getting reads of 200 mb/s and writes of 150 mb/s Something is not right! Toasted Posted November 29, 2011 Share Posted November 29, 2011 -Try different SATA cables -Try disabling any power saving features in your BIOS. C1E, etc. (refer to your motherboard user manual). If disabling the power features did not work reset your BIOS to default settings and change the SATA mode back to AHCI. -Try the SSD on a different SATA III 6GB/s system. wrevilo Posted November 29, 2011 Share Posted November 29, 2011 I'm finding that my 60Gb Force 3 shows much slower speed in AS SSD and CrystalDiskMark than in ATTO.
