red454 Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 After you install the H100 with a 2600K, you have a spare CPU fan, so I disengaged it from the heat sink and used it for a ram cooler. :D: There is enough room, so now I will make a nice mounting bracket for it. Yes, it seems to work fine - and I do have it plugged into the CPU fan header. The ram never really got very hot - always just warm to the touch. Now it stays at room temp.
