RMA Case #2405384

Hi guys,


I have recently raised an RMA with yourselves and was given instrustions to send the item back to you in the US. I have done that as requested but yesterday I got an email telling me there was an error and I should send it to the Netherlands.


I posted this item over 6 days ago and have no way of recalling it. So I am now seeking some clarification of what will happen.

I am sorry but you will need to take this up with our customer service, please call them tomorrow by phone after 8:00 AM pacific Time and the number is listed under contact on the main site. You can install skype and call the toll free number for free.
