Replacement part status stuck at "ready to ship"?

Hi,

 

I have an 800D case that arrived with a scratched/scuffed up window side panel. I quickly contacted Corsair about this and they gladly gave me a coupon code to redeem at the site for the replacement.

 

My question is, the order was placed yesterday afternoon (before 5pm) and the status changed from processing to "ready to ship" last night. It hasn't changed since. If it is ready to ship, and not processing anymore, then how come it has not yet shipped?

This weekend was Holiday for us and we were out of the office Thursday and Friday, We will return tomorrow and I am sure it will ship then. You can call our customer service by phone if you like tomorrow after 8:00 AM Pacific Time
