madnisman
It could be. Please check your drives' firmware version with CrystalDiskInfo and post it here.

parsec
Given that screen, it's difficult to say with certainty that it was caused by your SSD. Notice "ntfs.sys" is listed, which is the NTFS file system part of Windows, so the error is due to a problem with an I/O device. If your OS in on the SSD, then that could be the cause. You'll need to look into it more and see if it occurs again. How is the PC running otherwise, do you get that often, or is it the first time? Toasted
-Try updating the SSD firmware to 1.3.3 Link http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=100162 -Run memtest x86 and test if your RAM sticks have errors.
madnisman
I had exactly the same BSOD with firmware 1.3. Upgrading the firmware to 1.3.3 solved this issue, so it is strongly reommended. If the problem still exists after upgrading, you will need to SecureErase your drive and do a clean Win 7 installation.
kingofgames
I just update 1.3.3 from 1.3. Now, do I have to clear bios + secure Erase + clean win 7 ? or I need to wait if it happen again then I would do clear bios + secure Erase + clean win 7? This decision is up to you, there is no need to SecureErase and reinstall Win 7 after FW upgrade, only if the problem still occurs. But you can do it now to make sure the issue is solved, this is what I would do.
