600T Fan Controller

Hey I put in a RMA for my 600T fan controller last Friday, it said i would get a response within 48 hours. I didn't hear anything back so I submitted a nother one today incase it dint go threw. Is it meant to give me a reference number or anything? Can you confirm if you got the request.

Will not send me a RMA number or display one, all it says is:
