monkeychoper
I recently moved to a 500R from a 600T which I took to use for a HTPC. After about a week of use, my computer suddenly shut down and refused to start again. After some troubleshooting I determined that the front USB 3.0 connection was the source of my problems. With it connected my system will not power up, without it connected it boots and works just fine. I put everything back in the 600T and it works fine as well. I submitted a support ticket #2409556. My question for some of the experienced users of this forum is this. Should I take it back to the store where I got it and get it exchanged since I am still within their 30 day exchange period or just wait for Corsair to deal with it? How long does this usually take? Kuni Xela
it took about 2 weeks for the whole process... Corsair sent me a new front i/o panel... pretty fast I think since they had to get them from China =)
