Sent Ram Back over 2 weeks ago

I have raised an RMA and posted the faulty ram as per request, having followed instructions on packaging and address labelling.

I posted the ram 01/11/2011 and it is now 17/11/2011, and I would have expected it to have arrived at your RMA centre by now.


However, the RMA web page (RMA 1265042,case 2367967 ) shows that it has not arrived yet.

I have also sent a couple of e-mails about it,no one has replied as yet


Is that likely, or is there a back log of items yet to be logged to the system please?

The system is often slow to update. Some people actually get their returned product before the website shows it as recieved.


You can call CS and ask the about it . The number is on the main website and if you are overseas you can install skype and use that to make the call.
