verdi1987
I have had the Carbide 500R case less than 24 hours, and I have already broken off the tiny plastic top panel fastener notch and the front fan control switch. :(: These pieces should be sturdier. A magnet might be preferable for the top panel. Otherwise, it's a great case.

verdi1987
I would, except that I spent hours moving all the components from the old case to the 500R and installing new components. I would rather not repeat it anytime soon. :(: I'll see if I can Krazy Glue them back on. It's amazing that I was able to retrieve the pieces, as they had fallen into relatively inaccessible wells in the chassis.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 21, 2011 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 21, 2011 I believe those parts are replaceable. Submit an RMA request and explain the issue, you might want to specify the parts that you need that way we can send you the correct parts as replacements.
