picco4ever
Dear Customer Service, i have bought a package/box of Corsair Vengeance RAM (4x4GB Module) and one of them is defect. Because of this i opened a ticket by vendor and send back the defect module (just the one defekt - memtest86+ v4.20 about 85.000 Errors) They now called me an told its only possible to send back the hole package with 4 modules. Is this a problem of Corsair RMA process or is it a selfmade problem from vendor? thanks for answer.
Wired
No, that's standard when you RMA memory to any company, as there is no way to guarantee compatibility with the new and old memory. If you can't afford down time, ask for an advanced RMA (they send the memory first).
