Requesting 2nd Replacement

I'm posting here because I'm on my second hs1 headset and it's gone defective again.


Customer service will allow me to RMA but are refusing to cover the shipping both ways.


The left speaker and the microphone do not work on any computer after only a few months of use, which is the same thing that happened to my previous headset.


I want to get this headset replaced without any cost to me (I've already paid the shipping once, I don't feel I should have to do so again for a defective product) and I'm really really hoping that I didn't buy a defective product.


I've already spent around ~$125 for these headphones. (initial cost + shipping for rma)


Please assist if you can,
