Online Store Shipping options concern

I recently recieved a ticket about an h70 and the need for a mounting kit for an intel board.

I followed all the steps in the response from support and am stuck on shipping step where it asks me to select shipping method.

In support doc. it states that there should be an option for free shipping and it is not there on the page.

I have called a couple of times to no avail.

I have tried on ie9, firefox8 and chrome all with same results.

If I had the money to pay for shipping this wouldn't be a problem, but when I get paid the coupon code will have expired by then.

Untill I get this unit installed in my pc I am "borrowing" my wifes laptop. She does not like to share well.
