Question about RMA#2365199

I sent my PSU in because it failed. Had an approved RMA and everything sent it through UPS. I have two questions.

This one is stupid but I don't have the product box for the powersupply so I just put the powersupply it's self in a box and sent it in with the RMA paper inside the box and my info + RMA number (assuming UPS did this as I clearly instructed them to) will it matter that the PSU is not inside of a product box?

Second question, I got an email a couple days ago from UPS stating my package was delivered to the address in Hayward, CA as corsair's rma e-mail told me to. I've gotten no contact back from Corsair whether they've actually received the package and if they're sending a new one out anytime soon, how can I check this?

Please contact our customer service after 830 AM Pacific Time and they will be able to get more information on your case and no you do not have to use the BOX it came in as long as its protected so it does not get damaged in shipping.
