HX620 return, RMA 1264257, Case #2360905

Dear all,


sorry to bother you for an issue that may not be so important.


My HX620 PSU recently died, I requested an RMA, sent the package, and Corsair Netherlands received the package on 11/2/2011. The RMA instructions say "Once your package is received, Corsair will process your replacement order in 3-5 days."


It's has been 7 days since the package was received and nothing happened...

Should I be worried ? Can you contact Corsair and ask for the status of the RMA ?
