RMA Case 1262219

Hi I recently sent out my faulty PSU which corsair recieved on the 27th oct.

I still have not had any futher updates or any emails from corsair.

Acording to what I read here it takes about 2 working days to fix or replace my faulty item but it is now day 6 and nothing.

Ramguy save me :)

I was in the same situation and posted on these forums. Do not expect any sort of reply or help. While Corsair has wonderful customer support, it lacks existence on the forums.


If you call their customer support during business hours with your RMA #, they will be able to tell you exactly where your package is. They can also provide a tracking number. Their website RMA status tool is also botched, so calling is the only way.
