Deadscope, you must call customer service on the phone and discuss that with them. This is something that can't be handled on the forums here. If you are overseas use SKYPE if you have to to make the call for free.

Thanks for that. I will try contact them tomorrow when they will be in office hours.

 

My parts have arrived now however so I don't think it needs to be advanced anymore.

 

It has been 5 days since they have received the parts and no contact / updates - is this standard practice or am I just unlucky and not going to play Skyrim upon release this week ;)

It's not unusual for the system to not update properly. Most people just recieve a package on their doorstep before it does get updated. So if they show it as recieved i would say it should not be much longer. Here again, you can call them and they would be able to tell you for sure where in the process you are.
