Components:

Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3

AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE

Corsair 1600MHz 999 Vengeance (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9)

As specified on Gigabyte compatibility list, these memories are supported, Phenom II X4 supports 1600MHz memories, but if I set the memory as 1600MHz 9-9-9-24 the system crashes or freezes in short time.

If I use the default settings the system works fine, but the memories works at 1333MHz 9-9-9-24

Into the BIOS I can set these values (defaults if I choose 1600MHz):

CPU Clock Ratio (3400)
CPU Northbridge	freq. (2000)
Hyper Transport Link Freq.	(2000)

CAS Latency (11T)
RAS TO CAS RW Delay (11T)
ROW Precharge time (11T)
Minimum RAS active time (29T)
TwTr Command Delay (6T)
Write recovery time (12T)
Precharge time (6T)
ROW cycle time (41T)
RAS TO CAS delay (6T)

What do I have to change to have the memory working at the native speed?
