wothought
My system saw the new drive, it said it was installed successfully. I can see it in device manager. It says the device is working properly. But I can't see it when I click on computer. I see my C drive and my external drive but I don't see the ssd. I rebooted. I went in to bios and changed the setting to AHCI but then my drive that I'm booting from, the drive my OS is on won't boot.
Hipster Doofus
Open windows explorer. Right click my computer/manage. Middle window-storage/disc management. You should find it in there. It probably just needs formatting.
wothought
Thanks, I didn't know that it wouldn't see the drive until it was formatted. I like this SSD. 525 mbs
