Toasted
yes it is normal. When you RAID your SSDs you get 2x performance of boths drives.

Toasted
Sorry, Didn't know about the read speeds. -Is AHCI enabled in the BIOS and Windows? -Did you update your chipset drivers? -Have you tried new SATA cables? -Is IRST installed?

turbo_911
No this is NOT normal at all. Something is wrong with your setup. It is missing lots of read speed data. Like previously mentioned. Update to latest firmware 1.3.3, make sure you install latest RAID drivers, make sure you are using same SATA ports (don't mix SATA 2 and SATA 3), Do a secure erase (discussed here in forums) and then do fresh install of Windows and run ATTO test again. If you will get the same thing, then test each of your drives separately, maybe one of them is giving you issues.
Mummy
Im fread that secure eraser and clean install of OS is the next thing, in the list.
parsec
Have you tried running a different benchmark program? If you get similar results, then you can conclude something is wrong with your setup. Try AS SSD, or CrystalDiskMark, ideally both. Since you seem to have such excellent performance with ATTO, your setup may be causing it to have an error of some kind with the larger transfer sizes. But you won't know anything else until you try.
