CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B & Asus P8Z68V-Pro, Memtest+ Errors

Looking for some help.

I have recently built up a Core i7 rig (profile systems specs are accurate). At idle and just doing simple desktop things (browsing web, etc.) I have no issues.

Then came BF3 (the game I built this rig for). I get random crashes back to the desktop and blue screens at random intervals after starting game play.

I ran Memtest+ for 12hours and saw the attached screenshot this morning. I use the XMP timings with everything else default in the BIOS. Is it time for an RMA?

I would first test the modules one at a time for about 4 passes each or until you get an error. Make sure you have the latest BIOS and to load set up default first and disable USB legacy support in the BIOS if your MB is so equipped. Most ASUS MB's do , some don't. But that setting along can cause false positives i memtest.

Testing them one at a time will isolate a bad stick pretty fast. If they both end up with errors ,then i would look elsewhere for the problem. MB or CPU pssible

I haven't tried them individually yet. But interestingly enough, I'm getting less crashes (not none, but far fewer) with the memory using the JEDEC 1333 timings rather than the XMP 1600 timings, all else equal.

Will try memtest on sticks using BIOS defaults individually.

I've finished testing the two sticks using default BIOS settings, ensuring proper timings, and ensuring voltage is 1.5V. One passed all tests (5 passes with Memtest) at 1600 timings. The other failed (failed atrociously in the 3rd pass of memtest). RMA request opened through TSExpress.
